Find a Chair LLC ("Chair," "we," "us," or "our") is developing a marketplace that connects participating workspace hosts with independent beauty and wellness professionals. This policy explains how we handle information through our website, mobile applications, and related services.
Information we collect
We may collect account and profile details, contact information, professional or business information, booking and transaction records, communications, support requests, device and usage data, approximate or precise location when you grant permission, and content you choose to upload. Payment information may be processed by a third-party payment provider rather than stored directly by Chair.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve the service, enable discovery and booking features, communicate with users, process transactions, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, comply with law, and protect users, Chair, and the public. We may use aggregated or de-identified information for analytics and product planning.
Sharing
We may share information with workspace hosts or renters as needed for a requested booking, with service providers that support hosting, analytics, communications, maps, identity, or payments, and with authorities or other parties when required by law or needed to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information for money.
Choices and permissions
You can decline optional device permissions such as location or notifications. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal, security, and transaction-record obligations. Marketing communications will include an available opt-out method.
Retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution needs. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no service can guarantee absolute security.
Children
Chair is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. The marketplace is expected to require users to be at least 18 years old.
